省人大常委会:省人大常委会《关于省公安厅、省司法厅贯彻落实省人大常委会加强检察机关法律监督工作决定情况报告的审议意见》(以下简称意见)和《关于对加强检察机关法律监督审议意见落实情况进行跟踪监督的实施方案》(以下简称方案)下发后,我厅高度重视,结合监所规范化管理年和基层基础建设年活动,狠抓问题整改,堵塞执法漏洞,着力提升执法水平,全力维护监管场所的安全稳定。现将有关情况报告如下:
Provincial Standing Committee: “Provincial Public Security Department, Provincial Department of Justice to implement the provincial people’s Congress Standing Committee to strengthen legal oversight decision report of the deliberations” (hereinafter referred to as opinions) and “on the strengthening of the prosecutor’s law Supervision and implementation of follow-up opinions to consider the implementation of follow-up monitoring program ”(hereinafter referred to as the program) issued, the Office attaches great importance to, combined with the prison standardized management of primary and base year activities, pay close attention to rectification of the problem, plug the law enforcement loopholes, efforts to enhance Law enforcement level, to safeguard the safety and stability of regulatory sites.
