在水库的管理与运行中,科学防汛、安全度汛是一项极为重要的组成部分。高度重视水库防汛工作,既是水库安全运行的迫切需求,更是保障水库下游人民安危的客观需要。就目前水库防汛、度汛实际工作情况看,依然存在着一些不可忽视的问题亟待解决。文章分析了目前水库在安全度汛方面存在的问题,提出相关的对策将水库安全度汛的工作进行有效的加强。
In the management and operation of reservoirs, scientific flood control and flood safety are an extremely important part. Attaching great importance to flood control work in reservoirs is not only an urgent need for the safe operation of reservoirs, but also an objective need for ensuring the safety of the people downstream from reservoirs. With regard to the actual flood control and reservoir flood control work of the current reservoir, there are still some problems that can not be ignored and are yet to be solved urgently. The article analyzes the existing problems of reservoir safety in flood season and puts forward some countermeasures to effectively enhance the flood safety in reservoir.
