(一)应转变只注重“技术传授”,忽视“教育功能”的观念。长期以来人们只注重体育教育中的“术”,而忽视“育”在身体教育中的特殊功能,把能直接发挥体育教育功能、能使学生身心得到和谐发展的体育课,降低到单纯的运动技术教育上去,好象体育课就是跑跑步,打打球,做做操,出出汗。学校体育的这种状况,导致了人们对体育教育的偏见和鄙薄。学校体育的“育人”、“育心”、“育体”被忽视了,于是学校体育就仅剩下一个“术”字,只好挤在其它功课的夹缝中求生存了。教育家张伯苓说过:“最重要者学校体育不仅在技术之专长,尤其在体德之兼进,体与育并重,应不至发生流弊。”要深化学校体育改革,
