在二十一世纪的社会发展过程中国家之间竞争的实质是以经济和科技为基础的综合国力的较量,因此我国对人才的重视度日趋增大,企业对人才资源的挑选要求也更加苛刻。在经济全球化不断深入的背景下,不管是跨国企业还是国内各个企业之间的竞争也越来越激烈。人力资源作为企业核心战略资源的重要因素之一给企业带来了多方面的经济效益,战略人力资源管理对企业绩效的提升更是有着直接影响,决定了企业的最终绩效。本文就战略人力资源管理对企业绩效的影响出发,从理论和实践层面提出了有效提高人力资源管理的对策。
In the course of social development in the 21st century, the essence of competition among countries is the contest of comprehensive national strength based on economy and science and technology. Therefore, the emphasis on talents in our country is increasing day by day, and the selection of talent resources by enterprises is even more demanding . In the context of deepening economic globalization, the competition between multinationals and domestic enterprises is becoming more and more intense. As one of the important factors of human resources as the core strategic resource of enterprises, it brings many economic benefits to the enterprise. The strategic human resource management has a direct impact on the improvement of business performance and determines the ultimate performance of the enterprise. This article starts from the impact of strategic human resource management on business performance and puts forward countermeasures to improve human resource management effectively from the theoretical and practical aspects.
