由中国技术经济研究会和中国国土经济学研究会联合召开的全国第一届土地复垦学术讨论会,于1985年12月10日至14日在安徽省淮北市举行。该会由冶金部长沙黑色冶金矿山设计研究院筹备,并得到了安徽省建设厅、淮北市人民政府及淮北矿务局的大力支持。出席这次学术讨论会的有来自国家计委国土局、冶金部、煤炭部、化工部、水利电力部、核工业部、有色金属工业总公司、国家建材局、农牧渔业部、城乡环境保护部等所属的有关设计、科研、院校、生产厂矿和管理部门的代表共91人。本届学术讨论会共收到了学术论文和资料36篇,复垦工程录像带五辑。大会由中国技术经济研究会副总干事任俨
The first symposium on land reclamation jointly held by the China Society for Technical Economics and the China Land Economics Seminar was held in Huaibei City, Anhui Province from December 10 to December 15, 1985. It was prepared by the Changsha Black Metallurgical Mine Design and Research Institute of the Ministry of Metallurgy and was strongly supported by Anhui Provincial Department of Construction, Huaibei Municipal People’s Government and Huaibei Mining Bureau. Attend this seminar are from the State Planning Commission Land Bureau, Ministry of Metallurgy, Ministry of Coal, Ministry of Chemical Industry, Ministry of Water Resources and Power, Ministry of Nuclear Industry, Nonferrous Metals Industry Corporation, State Building Materials Bureau, Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries, urban and rural environmental protection Ministry of the relevant design, research, institutions, factories and mines and management representatives of a total of 91 people.
