随着现代科技的发展,组织面临的内外部环境发生了巨大变化,现代组织逐渐认识到,必须依据外部环境及内部条件适时调整目标与结构,即实施组织变革,以保证组织的效率和活力,虚拟组织正成为许多传统组织变革的趋势之一。通过对虚拟组织文献的简要回顾,本文分析了虚拟组织的4个基本特性,并对稳定型虚拟组织和动态型虚拟组织进行了比较分析,还探讨在传统组织变革成虚拟组织的过程中,组织管理者及员工的角色转变。
