Frederick Winslow Taylor is the chief representative of western classical economic management theory, the founder of scientific management theory, and the management circle as the father of scientific management. This article combines Tyrolean scientific management method with the actual public administration in our country, explores the enlightenment of scientific management to public management practice, enhances the government work efficiency and enhances the government administration ability.
