清代學者陳沆所撰《近思録補注》,是現存《近思録》重要注本之一。該書原稿今尚存世,據之可祛作者歸屬之疑,知其確爲陳沆所著,而魏源與之關係密切。《近思録補注》本於江永《近思録集注》而作,其特點是略於訓詁考證,亦不重詮解文義,注文以朱子之説爲主,兼及宋代以下諸儒之説,藉以闡明本文旨意。其徵引採1非常廣博,録存秘逸洵爲珍貴,具體注解也多卓見特識,因此具有不容忽視的文獻價值和學術意義。
