利用保存16～30个月的兔角膜,对9只兔(9眼)行部分穿透角膜移植实验。结果有3只兔植片保持透明4个月以上,其中1兔已达1年以上。提示:长期干燥保存的免角膜内皮细胞并非完全死亡。
The rabbit corneas preserved for 16 to 30 months were used to partially penetrate the corneal transplantation in 9 rabbits. Results 3 rabbits remained transparent for more than 4 months, of which 1 rabbit had reached more than 1 year. Tip: Long-term preservation of preserved corneal endothelial cells is not completely dead.
