煤炭是我国经济可持续发展的重要能源保障,在我国能源供给结构中处于重要战略地位。顾客满意度作为一个综合指标,是评价企业质量管理体系业绩的重要手段。因此,对煤炭企业顾客满意度进行测量、监控和分析,具有重要的作用。
Coal is an important energy source for China’s sustainable economic development and is in an important strategic position in China’s energy supply structure. As a comprehensive index, customer satisfaction is an important measure to evaluate the performance of the enterprise quality management system. Therefore, the measurement, monitoring and analysis of customer satisfaction in coal enterprises play an important role.
