过去和当前一段时间,对语文教学不满意的居多。这个判断大概不会招来异议,因为有众多的批评文章在。要想改变这种现状,撇开其他原因不谈,如果单就语文教师自身来看,也是值得反思的,现实的语文教师与理想中的语文教师相比似乎缺了点什么,追寻下去,于是有了今天的话题。补钙无疑能强身健体,坦率地说,今天需要补“钙”的岂止是语文老师?又岂止是中学教师?
