Historical Materialism is the Basic Foothold and Starting Point for Marxism in Investigating the Development of Social History. From the understanding and grasp of human beings, historical materialism concludes that the masses of people are the basic conclusions of the historical creators. In the new era, our party proposed the scientific outlook on development with people as the core. This is both the theoretical achievement of Marxism in advancing with the times and the persistence and development of historical materialism.
