目的探寻急诊处理亚硝酸盐中毒的成批伤患者的有效方案。方法分析中国医科大学附属第一医院急诊科处理的一起亚硝酸盐中毒成批伤的患者,回顾性的分析急诊处理救治的过程。结果所有18例患者均治愈后,自行离院。结论亚硝酸盐成批伤患者的处理可以首先分区化管理,给予患者病情分级,给予重度患者有效的监护下进行救治,将有效的医疗设备发挥最大的效用,同时在可利用的空间下,分区而治,将成批伤患者归到一个特定区域,有助于医护人员的巡诊和管理护理。
OBJECTIVE: To explore an effective plan for emergency treatment of patients with batch wounds of nitrite poisoning. Methods A total of patients with batch wounds of nitrite poisoning who were treated in the emergency department of the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University were analyzed retrospectively to analyze the emergency treatment and treatment process. Results All 18 patients were cured and left hospital on their own. Conclusion The treatment of patients with nitrite batches can be divided into first management, patient grading, severe patients under the effective supervision and treatment, the effective use of medical equipment to maximize the effectiveness of the same time, under the available space, partition And governance, the group of patients belonging to the batch to a particular area, to help paramedics and management of nursing care.
