目的:了解武汉市江岸区社区卫生服务中心妇幼卫生人力资源的配置与利用状况,初步分析其影响因素,提出解决方法。方法:通过发放调查问卷对武汉市江岸区19个社区卫生服务中心从事妇幼保健的工作人员进行调查,并进行统计学分析。结果:武汉市江岸区社区妇幼保健人员数不足,结构不尽合理,60.22%为兼职,学历以中专为主,职称不高,初级职称占66.67%,专业工作年限短,不足5年者占50.54%,工作经验不足;人员待遇不高,平均月收入1 236.20元,并缺乏全面、持续、合理的妇幼保健知识和技能的培训、进修学习;人员流动性大。结论:社区卫生服务中心妇幼保健工作人员配置不合理由多种因素造成,解决这一问题应从多方面入手,政府应增加对社区妇幼卫生工作的财政投入,制定相关支持政策,提高妇幼保健工作人员待遇,稳定社区妇幼保健技术队伍。
Objective: To understand the allocation and utilization of maternal and child health human resources in community health centers in Jiangan District of Wuhan City, initially to analyze its influencing factors and to propose solutions. Methods: Questionnaires were used to investigate the maternal and child health workers in 19 community health service centers in Jiang’an District of Wuhan City. Statistical analyzes were carried out. Results: The number of maternal and child health care workers in Jiangan District of Wuhan City was insufficient, with an unreasonable structure. 60.22% of them were part-time workers, with secondary education background, low professional titles, 66.67% junior titles, short professional working years and less than 5 years 50.54%, lack of work experience; personnel treatment is not high, the average monthly income of 1 236.20 yuan, and the lack of comprehensive, sustainable and reasonable MCH knowledge and skills training, further study; Conclusion: There are many factors that cause the maternal and child health workers in the community health service center to be irrational. To solve this problem, we should start from many aspects. The government should increase the financial investment in community maternal and child health work, formulate relevant supportive policies and improve the treatment of maternal and child health care workers , Stable community MCH team.
