香菇床式脱袋栽培是食用菌多品种搭配周年性生产相配套的一项新技术。经过几年的探索,在相应品种选育方面取得突破,从而使这项技术日趋完善。“香融1”香菇新品种是上海食用菌所采用原生质体融合技术育成的一个优良品种。该品种经上海食用菌技术推广站小试、区试和生产应用,掌握了它的生物学特性和栽培技术要点,并且取得高产优质的理想结果。这一品种已成为床式脱袋栽培的当家品种之一,而且有着不断扩大的趋势。现将“香融1”香菇脱袋栽培技术要点概述如下。
