评价ＣＴＡ对脑动脉瘤的诊断价值。材料和方法：２４例脑动脉瘤经ＣＴ／ＣＴＡ及ＤＳＡ对比检查。结果：本组２４例直径在５－３２ｍｍ的脑动脉瘤均经ＣＴＡ满意显示，ＣＴＡ阳性检出率和诊断准确率为１００％。ＣＴＡ图像可以任意角度旋转，从不同的方向观察动脉瘤瘤体与载瘤动脉的关系。同时进行的常规颅脑ＣＴ扫描则可诊断脑内血肿等脑动脉瘤并发症及明了脑内其它情况，多平面和三维重建图像可以更加明确脑动脉瘤的发生部位，形态，大小以及与周围组织的关系，结论：ＣＴＡ为非损伤性血管检查方法，安全简便，其阳性检出率高，具有重要诊断价值和意义。
Evaluation of CTA on the diagnosis of cerebral aneurysm. Materials and Methods: 24 cases of cerebral aneurysms were examined by CT / CTA and DSA. Results: Twenty-four patients with cerebral aneurysm of 5-32 mm in diameter were satisfactorily demonstrated by CTA. The positive rate of CTA and the diagnostic accuracy were 100%. CTA images can be rotated at any angle to observe the relationship between the aneurysm tumor and the parent artery in different directions. At the same time conventional brain CT scan can diagnose brain aneurysm complications such as intracerebral hematoma and other brain conditions, multi-plane and three-dimensional reconstruction of images can be more clearly the location of the aneurysm, shape, size and with the surrounding tissue Conclusion: CTA is a noninvasive vascular examination method, which is safe and simple, and its positive detection rate is high, which has important diagnostic value and significance.
