中职学校涉农专业的生源结构、教学组织和班级管理都有着区别于其他专业的自身特点。特别是在班级管理和学生德育工作中更是会受专业特点影响,从而带来一系列“特殊问题”。要解决好这些问题,必须对涉农专业的专业特色、学生结构、家庭因素等多方面进行综合考量。
Secondary vocational schools related to agricultural students source structure, teaching organization and class management has its own characteristics different from other professions. Especially in class management and student moral education is more subject to professional characteristics, resulting in a series of “special problems.” To solve these problems, we must comprehensively consider the professional characteristics of agriculture-related professions, student structure and family factors.
