Shilin Tunnel is a separate two-way four-lane expressway tunnel. Due to its unique geological conditions and fault structure, the geological disasters caused by sudden outburst of sand suddenly occur. In the nearly 390m fault-broken zone, In the accident, the total length of the muddy gully was 275m, which seriously hindered the normal construction of the tunnel, delayed the construction period and increased the investment. In the process of construction, Shilin Tunnel determines the possibility of catastrophic flood and sand blasting in front through advanced geological forecasting, and then effectively controls and delays the occurrence of catastrophic flood disaster by presetting measures such as energy release and pressure reduction, grouting reinforcement, advanced support and comprehensive treatment The occurrence of catastrophic sand and sand disaster reduces the destructive power of disasters and at the same time, reinforces the crushed rock to the maximum extent to ensure the safety of tunnel construction. This method is effective in dealing with catastrophic flood and sand blasting under similar conditions, and its successful experience can provide reference and reference for similar projects.
