向硅橡胶包覆层中引入芳纶纤维,旨在提高XX装药包覆层力学性能,通过实验筛选出牌号为F12、F1313两种芳纶纤维进行对比研究,在保证包覆层良好工艺操作性的前提下,确定加入量为1%~3%,结果发现,无论是F12,还是F1313,1%的加入量均给包覆层力学性能带来负面影响,当加入量达到2%时,力学性能开始上升,3%F1313的加入,满足了装药对包覆层力学性能的要求。同时显著降低了包覆层氧乙炔线烧蚀率,并对装药其它性能不产生任何不良影响。
The aramid fiber is introduced into the silicone rubber coating to improve the mechanical properties of the XX drug coating. The two kinds of aramid fibers with the grades of F12 and F1313 are screened through experiments to make a comparative study. In order to ensure good coating operation, The results show that the addition of F12, F1313 and 1% all have a negative impact on the mechanical properties of the coatings. When the addition amount reaches 2% Mechanical properties began to rise, 3% F1313 added, to meet the mechanical properties of the coating on the coating requirements. At the same time, the ablation rate of the oxyacetylene coating is obviously reduced, and no adverse effect on the other properties of the charge is produced.
