胡锦涛同志在山西考察工作时提出, 要以这次先进性教育活动为契机,认真总结新时期以来我们党在自身建设方面积累的丰富经验和这次先进性教育活动积累的新鲜经验,探索建立保持共产党员先进性的长效机制,探索建立加强和改进党的建设的长效机制,不断推进党的建设新的伟大工程。我省各级党组织认真学习、深刻领会、贯彻落实胡锦涛同志的这一重要讲话精神, 同时结合各单位的实际, 制定出一系列长期起作用的办法和措施,力促我省先进性教育活动见实效、见长效。本刊特刊发在市县基层工作的五位领导同志对此的思考和探索,以供学习参考。
