新生儿窒息可引起多器官系统损害,包括缺氧缺血性心肌损害,严重者可引起心力衰竭。新生儿心力衰竭是围生期主要死亡原因之一,及时的诊断治疗是复苏后处理的重要组成部分。现将我院自1998年1月-2003年6月收治的23例新生儿窒息后心力衰竭进行回顾性分析,现报道如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料对自1998年1月-2003年6月在我院住院的530例围生期窒息患儿进行分析,其中有心肌损害176例(33.296),其中发生心力衰竭23例(13.1%),诊断标准符合1993年全国新生儿学术会议制定的新生儿心力
Neonatal asphyxia can cause multiple organ system damage, including hypoxic-ischemic myocardial damage, severe cases can cause heart failure. Neonatal heart failure is one of the major causes of perinatal death, timely diagnosis and treatment is an important part of post-recovery management. Now in our hospital from January 1998 - June 2003 23 cases of neonatal asphyxia after heart failure were retrospectively analyzed, are reported below. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information From January 1998 to June 2003 in our hospital 530 cases of perinatal asphyxia children were analyzed, including myocardial damage in 176 cases (33.296), of which 23 cases of heart failure (13.1%), diagnostic criteria in line with the 1993 National Neonatal Academic Conference to develop newborns heart force
