目的分析某飞机制造企业高温作业环境下作业者心电图改变情况。方法按照GBZ-2002《工作场所有害因素职业接触限值》的要求,测量高温作业环境湿球黑球温度(WBGT),用上海产ECG-6511型心电图机对高温作业者进行心电图检查并对心电图结果进行分析。结果 425名高温作业工人心电图检查,结果表明,高温环境下,作业工人心电图窦性心动过缓、左室高电压、ST-T改变分别为15.29%、10.12%、8.00%;不同工种组间心电图异常率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同工龄组间心电图异常率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论高温作业对作业者心电图存在不良影响,心电图改变主要为窦性心动过缓、左室高电压、ST-T改变;随着接触高温强度的增加心电图异常率增高;随着高温作业工龄增加心电图异常率增高。建议该企业对高温作业者定期进行心电图检查,及早发现高温作业对从业者心血管系统的不良影响。
Objective To analyze the electrocardiogram changes of workers in high-temperature working environment of an aircraft manufacturer. Methods According to the requirements of GBZ-2002 “Occupational exposure limits of workplace harmful factors”, the wet bulb black ball temperature (WBGT) of high temperature working environment was measured. The electrocardiogram Results were analyzed. Results The results of 425 electrocardiogram examinations showed that under the high temperature environment, workers with electrocardiogram had sinus bradycardia, left ventricular high voltage and ST-T changes were 15.29%, 10.12% and 8.00%, respectively. Electrocardiogram There was significant difference in abnormal rate (P <0.01). There was significant difference in ECG abnormality among different age groups (P <0.01). Conclusion High-temperature operation has adverse effects on the operator’s electrocardiogram. ECG changes mainly include sinus bradycardia, high left ventricular voltage, and ST-T changes. The abnormal ECG rate increases with exposure to high temperature strength. Abnormal rate increased. It is suggested that the enterprise conduct regular ECG examination on hot workers and find out the adverse effects of high-temperature work on practitioners’ cardiovascular system as early as possible.
