阳江人都知道,年亏损达130多万元的原阳江市纸箱厂(集体企业),是在改制为华美印刷包装有限公司而且由陈新盛担任董事长兼总经理以后,才一举扭亏为盈的。在改制的1995年当年便盈利56万元,并逐步发展成为初具规模、配套齐全的综合性纸包装生产企业,经济效益持续增长,企业资产不断增值,到2000年,华美公司利润累计已达2200万元,企业上缴税金累计也达1667万元,成为阳江市二轻企业股份制改制成功的一面旗帜。2001年6月,全省印刷行业国有企业改革现场研讨会在华美公司召开。华美公司成功的改制实践与探索,引起了省内外同行的广泛关注和赞誊。

By the year 2000, the total profits of China and the United States have reached 22 million yuan, the total amount of tax paid by enterprises reached 16.67 million yuan, becoming Yangjiang City, two light joint-stock reform of the banner of a successful system. June 2001, the province’s printing industry reform seminar on state-owned enterprises held in China and the United States. Successful restructuring of China and the United States practice and exploration, aroused widespread concern and praise from peers both inside and outside the province.
