利用拘束应力试验方法,综合考虑P92钢焊缝金属微细裂纹产生因素,采用自主研发的试验装置模拟产生P92钢焊缝金属微细裂纹。试验获得了与现场实际P92钢焊缝金属微细裂纹特征一致的模拟微细裂纹试样。该类裂纹呈蠕虫状,走向曲折有断续,尖端呈钝化形态。该方法为深入研究P92钢焊接性及完善焊接工艺提供了技术支持,并为进一步研究P92钢焊缝金属微细裂纹机制奠定了基础。
By means of the restraining stress test method, considering the factors that cause the fine cracks in the weld metal of P92 steel, the microcracking of the weld metal in P92 steel was simulated by a self-developed test device. The experimental results show that the simulated microcrack samples are consistent with the microscopic crack characters of the weld metal of P92 steel in the field. Such cracks were worm-like, zigzag intermittent, tip was passive form. The method provides technical support for further study on the weldability of P92 steel and improvement of the welding process, and lays the foundation for further research on the mechanism of fine cracks in P92 steel weld metal.
