一些学校颇热衷于交换命题来进行考试。从命题到改卷,把任课教师撮在一边,甚至评分后考卷也不与任课教师见面。认为只有如此,才能检查出“真正的教学质量”,才能激发竞争,调动教师的积极性。其实,这种做法是很值得商榷的。考试是整个教学过程中的重要一环。考试和教学、复习是紧密联系的。在考试前,教师往往要根据教学的实际情况进行复习。任课教师进行教学、复习,别的教师命题考试,势必相互脱节。考试命题的前提,应是命题者对教材、大纲和学生学习情况的充分了解,
Some schools are passionate about exchanging propositions for exams.
