相较其他教育而言,幼儿教育是其他教育的基础。因此,幼儿教育的管理在很大程度上影响着幼儿教育系统的发展。所以,幼儿教师应对幼儿的教育的质量和管理,是当今社会各界人士的关注热点。由此看来,幼儿园想做好安全教育工作,不仅要提高幼儿教育人员的管理制度,而且应完善园内设施设备的安全防范工作,将幼儿的安全放在学前教育的首位。本文就是对幼儿管理现状及完善对策进行的一些探讨。
Early childhood education is the foundation of other education compared to other education. Therefore, the management of early childhood education affects the development of early childhood education system to a great extent. Therefore, kindergarten teachers respond to the quality and management of early childhood education is the focus of attention of all walks of life in today’s society.
