The ALISS system consists of a spark gap phonon subsystem and a superconducting magnet system. The phonon system takes the desired spectral shape by controlling the repetition of individual bubble intervals, and the magnetic subsystem uses liquid nitrogen refrigeration. The article also introduced the ALISS system test on SES-200 surface effect boat.
