冷冲压在国民经济各部门广泛使用,其工艺上的优点往往被模具制造能力所限。中小模具的制造,包括座标镗床,小仿形铁床在内的机加工方法、电火花加工、线切割加工(数控、光学跟踪等控制)配以电解加工,形成较完善的加工手段。大型冲模(主要用于汽车、农业机械的车身复盖件)的制造始终是薄弱环节。
Cold stamping widely used in various sectors of the national economy, its technical advantages are often limited by the mold manufacturing capacity. Small and medium-sized mold manufacturing, including coordinate boring machine, small iron bed, including machining methods, EDM, wire cutting (CNC, optical tracking and other control) coupled with electrolytic processing, forming a more complete processing means. The manufacture of large dies (mainly used for automobile body cover parts of agricultural machinery) has always been a weak link.
