习近平总书记曾经说:“工业强国都是技师技工的大国,我们要有很强的技术工人队伍。”国家工业化发展与技术工人队伍素质息息相关,中国要实现工业4.0,首先要有强大的高技术工人队伍。近年来,各级工会都在发挥“大学校”作用,为提升技术工人技术水平“添柴加火”。铁岭市职工职业技能大赛就是在这一背景下应运而生,以赛代培,加快加强高技能人才培养。
