石家庄珍极酿造集团有限责任公司是河北省生产规模最大的调味品专业公司,八十年代以来,先后完成了“液态深层发酵酿醋工艺研究”、“高浓度醋酸发酵研究”、“高盐稀态酱油酿造工艺工业性试验”、“生料制醋工艺研究”等十余项省、部级科研项目。先后荣获国家级科技进步奖一项,省、部级科技进步奖六项,并被国家科委确定为“液态深层发酵酿醋”成果推广技
Shijiazhuang Zhenji Brewing Group Co., Ltd. is the largest condiment professional company in Hebei Province. Since the 1980s, it has successively completed the “Research on Liquid Deep-Ferment Fermentation Vinegar Process”, “Study on High Concentration Acetic Acid Fermentation”, and “High Salt and Dilute”. There are more than ten provincial and ministerial level scientific research projects such as Industrial Test for Soy Sauce Brewing Technology and Research on Raw Material Vinegar Technology. It has won one state-level scientific and technological progress award, six provincial and ministerial-level scientific and technological progress awards, and has been identified by the State Science and Technology Commission as a promotion technology for the results of “liquid deep fermentation vinegar fermentation.”
