1988年以来我科采用疝囊高位结扎同时缩窄外环口治疗婴幼儿腹股沟斜疝198例,初步体会:切口小,操作简单,复发率低等优点,现报告如下。 1 临床资料 本组198例,男性182例,女性16例,1岁以内者68例,1～3岁者130例,共行疝手术218侧,其中嵌顿疝26例,本组不包括合并绞窄疝、复发疝及同时合并隐睾者。 2 手术方法 均在分离麻醉下行手术,选择外环体表投影上缘腹部耻骨上皮褶内切口,横行切开皮肤约1.5cm,
