最近,笔者对四川省奉节县10区1镇87个乡(镇)的文书人员进行了调查,结果表明:绝大多数文书人员勤勤恳恳,埋头苦干,为全县两个文明建设作出了贡献.同时也在业务素质、思想状况、队伍建设等方面存在许多实际困难和问题,从而导致不适应新形势下的基层文书工作.归结起来,集中表现为“六多”.年轻人多,缺少业务骨干.区(镇)16名文书,不到30岁的占50%,年龄最小的23岁.今(镇)87名文书,平均年龄30岁,不满30岁的占62.1%,年龄最小的23岁.草堂
