目前,国内豚鼠颈部淋巴结肿大的文献及报道尚不多见。我院实验动物室1988—03—16发现一例豚鼠颈部淋巴结肿大病例。外观颌下部皮肤极度下垂,用手触摸颈部淋巴结肿大坚硬,形成直径为2cm的圆状物,有移动性。食欲正常,体温未见升高,也未见明显消瘦,其余和健康豚鼠无异。经穿刺取样,血琼脂培养24h后,形成灰白色、半透明、直径为0.50～0.75mm、圆形突起的微小菌落。并在其周围有无色透明的完全溶血环。取此菌落、涂片,经革兰染色后镜检可见到圆球形,直径为0.5～1μm、3～5个链状排
