本文根据实验地区的实际情况,进行规划与决策,采取一系列干预措施,通过完善、加强信息传递与反馈系统,设计运用A、B、C连续教育策略,编写有关避孕节育规范化的教材,为面向群体,面向基层服务的工作者提供科学管理方法.教材科普性强,重点突出,使目标人群获得针对性强、实用、简单的避孕节育的基本知识与技能,使知识水平由及格率62.50%提高到99.32%,从而降低计划外妊娠危险因素,减少计划外人口的出生,有利于保护育龄妇女身心健康.为加强对育龄人群的健康教育研究,培训计划生育指导工作者,使他们能正确地进行信息的传递与反馈,对节育人群进行分组分类指导,达到提高教育的覆盖率及高质量的教育目标,是本文严究的目的.
