从13世纪末到14世纪初,海都、笃哇等中亚蒙古势力屡次侵入漠北蒙古地区。海都死后,中亚蒙古势力与元朝的关系趋于缓和。此后,元朝漠北边防问题转入新的局面,即如何确保大批边民①的粮食供给问题成为当朝政府亟须解决的问题。元廷通过运粮、屯田等一系列有效措施解决了和林边民的粮食问题,并为和林地区的农业发展做出了贡献。
From the late 13th century to the beginning of the 14th century, Mongol forces in Central Asia, such as Haadu and Beodu, repeatedly intruded into the Mobei area. After the death of the sea, the relations between the Mongol forces in Central Asia and the Yuan Dynasty tended to ease. Since then, the Yuan dynasty border issue in Mobei has been transformed into a new situation. That is, how to ensure that the grain supply of a large number of border groups has become a pressing issue for the DPRK government. The Yuan imperial court solved the grain problem with Linbian people through a series of effective measures such as grain transportation and farmland improvement, and made contributions to the agricultural development in the He Lin area.
