课堂教学的有效性是课程设计、教学目标的体现,课堂教学缺乏有效性,课程设计的成功与否就无从谈起。课程教学的有效实施是教育改革的核心所在,也是教育改革的最大瓶颈。课程计划、课程标准是我国教育理念的载体,而课堂教学又是课程计划和标准实施的桥梁,所以不论是教学理念还是课程设计,都不能离开课堂教学,不然再好的教学理念,再完善的课程设计,脱离了课堂教学都会显得苍白无力。
