文章在分析权力观倾斜的种种表现基础上,探讨提出树立正确权力观,总体思路应从侧重思想教育转向侧重制度创新。只有以制度化的教育为基础,以理顺权力授受关系为关键,以法制化的监督作保障,从“教育法则”走向“制度法则”才能防止权力观错位嬗变。
On the basis of analyzing the various manifestations of the power outlook, the article puts forward the idea of establishing a correct view of power. The overall thinking should shift from focusing on ideological education to focusing on system innovation. Only on the basis of institutionalized education, we can rectify the relationship between the power and the grant and accept rights as the key and protect the legal system as the supervision from the “law of education” to the “system of law” to prevent the evolution of the concept of power.
