在新时期,经济不断发展的情况下,一个企业如果想要提高自身的发展,以至于能够跟上社会经济快速发展的脚步,可以看出管理好人力资源是至关重要的。在新时期,对人才的需求越来越多,但是高素质并且适合企业发展的人才是相当稀少的。然而现在企业对人才资源管理还是存在不少的问题。基于此,本文谈论了企业人力资源管理存在的一些问题以及一些解决措施。
In the new era, with the continuous development of economy, if an enterprise wants to improve its own development so as to keep up with the rapid social and economic development, it can be seen that it is of vital importance to manage human resources. In the new era, there is an increasing demand for qualified personnel, but very few talents are qualified and suitable for business development. However, there are still many problems existing in the management of human resources. Based on this, this article discusses some problems existing in human resources management of enterprises and some solutions.
