随着我国研究生教育规模的逐年扩大,当前高校研究生团建工作面临着诸多挑战,其中应有之义就包括如何创新研究生基层团组织建设,不断扩大团的覆盖面和工作面。本文指出了新形势下加强和改进高校研究生基层组织建设的必要性和重要性,探索了高校研究生基层团组织建设的新模式和新形式。
With the gradual enlargement of the postgraduate education in our country, there are many challenges facing the current college graduates’ organizational construction. Among them, the proper meaning should include how to innovate the grassroots organizations of postgraduates and expand the coverage and working face of the graduates. This paper points out the necessity and importance of strengthening and improving the construction of grassroots organizations for postgraduates in the new situation and explores the new models and new forms of grassroots organizations for postgraduates in colleges and universities.
