面对日趋多变的社会主义市场经济环境,企业之间的竞争开始转向人才竞争方面。另一方面,伴随着“以人为本”观念的深入人心,企业也开始认识到人才力量的重要性。为了让人才力量得到充分发挥,企业积极创建良好的培训制度能促进人才力量的发挥,培训已成为企业是否重视人才的重要标志。针对这一点,本文重点分析了路桥施工企业人力资源的培训与开发的问题,以创造出更大的工程效益。
Faced with the ever-changing socialist market economy, the competition among enterprises has begun to shift to talent competition. On the other hand, with the “people-oriented” concept deeply rooted in the hearts and minds, companies are beginning to recognize the importance of talent. In order to give full play to the talent strength, enterprises actively create a good training system can promote the development of talent strength, training has become an important indicator of whether the company attaches importance to personnel. In response to this, this article focuses on the analysis of the human resources training and development of road and bridge construction enterprises in order to create greater engineering benefits.
