目的了解肇庆市端州区涉苯企业苯系物(主要是苯、甲苯、二甲苯,以下简称“三苯”)的职业危害现状,找出三苯职业危害的重点行业,进行重点监管,并为制定职业病防治对策提供依据。方法对我区涉苯工业企业2007年的职业卫生基本情况进行调查。结果在涉苯企业中,以合资企业为主,所占比例高达28.09%,其次为集体企业23.60%;三苯浓度监测合格率为81.64%;不同企业性质三苯浓度监测合格率差异存在显著性(χ2=21.077,P<0.05),不同行业三苯浓度监测合格率差异存在显著性(χ2=29.324,P<0.05),不同规模企业三苯浓度监测合格率差异存在显著性(χ2=10.611,P<0.05)。结论端州区的电子制造业、制鞋业使用三苯的职业危害较为严重,应对以上行业进行重点监管,从源头上控制和减少苯中毒职业病的发生。
Objective To understand the status quo of occupational hazards of benzene series (mainly benzene, toluene, xylene, hereinafter referred to as “triphenyl”) in Duanzhou District, Zhaoqing City, and to identify key industries that occupational hazards of triphenylbenzene and to conduct key supervision , And provide basis for formulating prevention and treatment of occupational diseases. Methods We investigated the basic situation of occupational health in 2007 in our country’s benzene-related industrial enterprises. Results in the benzene-related enterprises, mainly joint ventures, accounting for up to 28.09%, followed by the collective enterprises 23.60%; triphenyl concentration monitoring rate was 81.64%; different enterprises of triphenyl concentration monitoring qualified rate difference was significant (χ2 = 21.077, P <0.05). There was a significant difference in the qualified rate of triphenyl concentration monitoring in different industries (χ2 = 29.324, P <0.05). There was significant difference in the qualified rate of triphenyl concentration monitoring in different scale enterprises (χ2 = 10.611, P <0.05). Conclusion In Duanzhou District, the occupational hazards of using triphenylbenzene in the electronics manufacturing and shoe-making industries are more serious. We should supervise the above industries and control and reduce the incidence of benzene poisoning occupational diseases from the source.
