长期以来,思想政治工作都是我们党的优良传统和政治优势,也是我国企业各项工作得以顺利开展的重要保障。近年来,随着社会主义市场经济的逐步完善和现代企业制度的逐步确立,企业思想政治工作的环境和对象日趋复杂。坚持用创新的思路开展思想政治工作,积极研究和探索新时期思想政治工作的方式方法,引导企业员工树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观,增强企业的向心力和凝聚力,具有十分重要而深远的意义。本文从创新对于企业思想政治工作的重要意义出发,指出创新对于思想政治工作的三大意义,即是思想政治工作的本质特征、思想政治工作的发展需要和思想政治工作的现实要求,最后,从观念创新、技术创新、机制创新和激励创新四个方面,认真分析了新形势下企业思想政治工作创新的具体措施。
For a long time, ideological and political work has always been the fine tradition and political superiority of our party. It is also an important guarantee for the smoothly carrying out of all work in our country. In recent years, with the gradual improvement of the socialist market economy and the gradual establishment of a modern enterprise system, the environment and objects for the ideological and political work of enterprises have become increasingly complicated. Insisting on developing ideological and political work with innovative ideas, actively studying and exploring the ways and means for ideological and political work in the new era, and guiding employees to establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values and enhance their solidarity and cohesion are of great importance and far-reaching significance . Starting from the significance of innovation in the ideological and political work of enterprises, this paper points out the three major significances of innovation in ideological and political work, namely, the essential characteristics of ideological and political work, the developmental requirements of ideological and political work and the realistic demands of ideological and political work. Finally, Concept innovation, technological innovation, mechanism innovation and incentive innovation, and carefully analyzed the concrete measures of innovation of ideological and political work in enterprises in the new situation.
