为了解教师队伍婚姻调适状况，使他们在家庭婚姻中存在的问题及时得到解决和社会关注，作者采用“Locke－Wollance婚姻调适测定”量表，对451名教师进行了调查分析，结果男教师总均分为103．75，女教师为102．72．男女之间无显著差异，不同文化程度、不同年龄之间对比也无显著差异。各因子分析发现，有1．33％的男教师认为婚姻非常不幸福，幸福与很不幸福之间的占12．64％；在性生活方面经常、几乎、总是意见不一致的占11．53％；如果再重新生活一次，将与另外一人结婚的占28．82％，完全不结婚的5．54％，说明教师的婚姻幸福度还是存在一定问题的。
