为了解教师队伍婚姻调适状况,使他们在家庭婚姻中存在的问题及时得到解决和社会关注,作者采用“Locke-Wollance婚姻调适测定”量表,对451名教师进行了调查分析,结果男教师总均分为103.75,女教师为102.72.男女之间无显著差异,不同文化程度、不同年龄之间对比也无显著差异。各因子分析发现,有1.33%的男教师认为婚姻非常不幸福,幸福与很不幸福之间的占12.64%;在性生活方面经常、几乎、总是意见不一致的占11.53%;如果再重新生活一次,将与另外一人结婚的占28.82%,完全不结婚的5.54%,说明教师的婚姻幸福度还是存在一定问题的。
