文章描述HT-6M托卡马克装置上的软X射线能谱仪的组成。给出HT-6 M弦积分的软X射线连续谱的解析表达式,计算其强度并据以进行真空准直系统的物理设计。首批实验结果表明物理设计合理,谱仪性能良好。
The article describes the composition of a soft X-ray spectrometer on the HT-6M tokamak device. The analytical expression of soft X-ray continuum of HT-6 M-chord integral is given, and its intensity is calculated and the physical design of the vacuum collimation system is carried out accordingly. The first experimental results show that the physical design is reasonable, spectrometer performance is good.
