目的了解潍坊市市售的婴幼儿食品中金属污染物状况,以便制定合理有效的食品安全措施。方法 2013年采集3大类婴幼儿食品60份,用石墨炉原子吸收法测定铅、镉、铝含量,用原子荧光分光光度法测定砷、汞含量。结果 20份婴幼儿谷类辅助食品中镉合格率为90%;20份婴幼儿罐装食品中铝合格率为95%,砷合格率为90%;其他项目未超标。结论潍坊市市售婴幼儿食品少数种类仍存在不合格现象,部分指标目前无明确标准参考,望引起相关部门重视,进一步完善标准,加强监督力度,确保婴幼儿食品安全。
Objective To understand the status of metal contaminants in infant food in the market of Weifang in order to formulate reasonable and effective food safety measures. Methods In 2013, 60 samples of 3 kinds of infant food were collected. The contents of lead, cadmium and aluminum were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The contents of arsenic and mercury were determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Results The passing rate of cadmium in 20 infants cereal auxiliary food was 90%. The passing rate of aluminum in 20 infants and children’s canned food was 95% and the passing rate of arsenic was 90%. Other projects did not exceed the standard. Conclusion Weifang City, a small number of types of food sold in infants and young children there are still substandard phenomenon, some indicators there is no clear standard reference, hope to attract the attention of relevant departments, to further improve the standard and strengthen supervision to ensure the safety of infant food.
