本文报导了流行性出血热(EHF)中晚期病人血清中循环免疫复合物(CIC)水平上升,补体介导的免疫复合物溶解活性(CRA)显著地低于正常人(P<0.01).应用联合抗过敏疗法加用新鲜血浆进行治疗,获得了良好的疗效.病人血清 CRA 增强,CIC 浓度下降,临床各项指标及肾功能指标明显改善,病死率下降.
This article reports the increase of circulating immune complex (CIC) levels in patients with advanced hemorrhagic fever (EHF) and the level of complement-mediated immunocomplex dissolution activity (CRA) was significantly lower than that of normal people (P <0.01). Combined with anti-allergy plus fresh plasma treatment, obtained good curative effect.Serum CRA increased, CIC concentration decreased, clinical indicators and renal function indicators improved significantly, mortality decreased.
