曹石村位于甘肃省天水市麦积区伯阳镇西部海拔1400多米的干旱山区,全村共有113户、516人,2011年全村人均纯收入13966元。上世纪末的曹石村是天水市有名的后进村和贫困村,二十多年来,在村党总支书记刘田家的带领下,曹石村的面貌发生了翻天覆地的变化,为西部广大山区贫困村树起了一面光辉旗帜。2006年,刘田家被授予全国“优秀党务工作者”荣誉称号,受到党和国家领导人的亲切接见。
Cao Shicun is located in the arid mountainous area with an elevation of more than 1,400 meters above sea level in the western part of Bo Yang Town, Maiji District, Tianshui City, Gansu Province. The village has a total of 113 and 516 people. In 2011, the per capita net income of the village was 13966 yuan. Cao Shihcun at the end of last century was a well-known backward village and a poor village in Tianshui City. Over the past 20 years, under the leadership of Liu Tianjia, the party secretary of the village party, the face of Caoshi Village has undergone tremendous changes, Tree shines a brilliant banner.
