阻燃反应型聚氨酯热熔胶的研制

摘 要:利用聚酯多元醇、阻燃剂、多异氰酸酯、热塑性树脂等为原料,制备了阻燃反应型聚氨酯热熔胶(PUR)。研究了阻燃剂种类及用量对阻燃PUR性能的影响。结果表明:当阻燃剂为含磷多元醇(OP550)且质量分数为10%时, PUR具有良好的综合性能,阻燃性能好,阻燃等级可达V0级,氧指数为36%。

Preparation of Reactive Polyurethane Hot-melt Adhesive With Flame Resistance

Abstract:Flame retardant polyurethane thermal melt adhesive (PUR) was prepared by using polyester polyols, flame retardant agent, polyisocyanate, thermoplastic resin, etc. The effect of the type and dosage of flame retardant on the PUR is studied. The results show that when the flame retardant is phosphorus polyol (OP550) and the mass score is 10%, the PUR has good comprehensive performance, the flame retardant level can reach V0 level and the oxygen index is 36%.

反應型聚氨酯热熔胶(PUR)因具有施工简单、绿色环保、性能优越等特点,近年来在木材加工、食品包装、电子电器、汽车制造等领域获得了飞速发展[1-2]。
