目的探讨蝙幅葛苏林碱(DSL)对局部脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法32只Wiistar雄性大鼠随机分为4组。.Ⅰ.Ⅱ.Ⅲ组分别为阻断大脑中动脉(MCA)后立即腹腔注射DSI·2mg·kg-1、5mg·kg-1和8mg·kg-1的实验组;IV组为阴性对照组。建立大鼠复灌性局部脑缺血模型,观察阻断大脑中动脉3h.复通21h的双侧脑组织的病理变化。结果未阻塞测未观察到脑组织的病理变化。阻塞侧,Ⅱ、Ⅲ组病理变化相似,Ⅰ、Ⅳ组病理变化相似,但是Ⅰ、Ⅳ组明显重于Ⅱ.Ⅲ组。结论提示DSL对复灌性脑缺血损伤有保护作用。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of decalin (DSL) on focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods 32 Wiistar male rats were randomly divided into 4 groups. . Ⅰ. II. The rats in group Ⅲ were treated by intraperitoneal injection of 2 mg · kg -1, 5 mg · kg -1 and 8 mg · kg -1 of DSI immediately after blocking the middle cerebral artery (MCA). Group IV was the negative control group. The rat model of focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion was established and the middle cerebral artery blocked for 3 hours. Pathological changes of bilateral brain tissue after 21 h. The results were not obstructed measured no pathological changes in brain tissue. On the obstructed side, the pathological changes were similar in groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ. The pathological changes were similar in groups Ⅰ and Ⅳ, but the levels in groups Ⅰ and Ⅳ were significantly higher than those in Ⅱ. Group Ⅲ. Conclusion suggests that DSL has a protective effect on FIBA injury.
