陪它胺(β—histine)又名甲胺乙吡啶,化学名称2—[2—(甲胺基)乙基]吡啶。此药首先由美国于1941年合成,1g66年正式批准生产并应用于临床。目前本药在国外用于血管扩张方面的治疗已颇为盛行。1976年东北制药总厂已试制成功国产陪它胺,经动物试验证明,此药有扩张血管,显著地增强脑血流量,增强毛细血管渗透性,抑制血浆凝固,延长复钙时间,对抗ADP引起的血小板聚集等作用,并经初步临床观察,对缺血性脑血管病有较好的治疗效果。
